Eleonora Toth Mañay is the designer behind ETM Design
How would I describe myself? That’s a great question! I would say I’m easygoing, creative—an essential quality for an interior designer—and highly organized, with a strong eye for detail. I also love travelling and spending time with the people closest to me.
At 19, I was planning to study linguistics because it was the path everyone thought I should take. Then, while visiting family abroad, I came across an advertisement for an Interior Design school. As I learned more about the program, I realized it was exactly what I wanted: a field where I could combine my creativity side with my technical side. When I got back to Montréal, I enrolled at Dawson College where I earned a degree in Interior Design.
After graduating, I specialized in residential design, working on a wide range of projects that shaped my approach to creating functional, welcoming living spaces. Over time, I built a strong expertise in space planning and optimization. My philosophy extends beyond designing beautiful spaces. I enjoy guiding clients through each stage of the process, helping them make thoughtful decisions and coordinating the details needed to bring their vision to life. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, I founded my own design studio to bring a distinctive, innovative perspective to every project.
